Planning Enforcement Officer

Vivid are working with a Devon-based LPA who are in need of some interim support within their Planning Enforcement team. The contract will initially run for 6 months however this comes with a strong view for extension. 

As a member of the Enforcement team, you'll be required to identify and investigate breaches of Planning Control, and write up the subsequent reports.

Due to the nature of the work and the investigative site visits involved, you'll need to be willing to travel to the district around once every 1-2 weeks. The rest of the role can be done remotely. 

They're open the the level of experience, and so rate will vary depending. An experienced Senior candidate could expect somewhere in the region of £33-38/hr.
