Associate Town Planner - Cambridge
HA 9197
Salary: negotiable depending on skills and experience
Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting this respected property and planning consultancy in their search for an Associate Town Planner to be based in their Cambridge offices. The successful Associate Town Planner will have the opportunity to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and lead large scale residential and commercial projects.
Qualifications and experience:
- Chartered Member of the RTPI
- 8 year's experience within the planning industry, working within a consultancy or local authority
- Proven track record in project management and business development
- Previous team management experience
Duties:
- Taking up the role of project lead on a variety of projects across the South West of England
- Managing and mentoring junior members of the team
- Actively contributing to the further growth of the team and workload
- Building up a strong client portfolio
