Job Details

A local authority in Nottinghamshire is looking for an experienced Development Management Team Leader to join their team on an interim basis.

The role will consist of:

  • Having a caseload of a few large major applications/pre-applications
  • Presenting at Planning Committee
  • Allocating applications to team members and highlighting required consultation/publicity
  • Appraising officer pre-app/planning application delegated appraisals/recommendations

The rates have been left negotiable and the Ir35 status is undetermined.
