Job Details
Vivid are currently working with an Wales-based LPA who're looking for a Planning Officer to join their Development Management team on a 3 month initial contract.
The role will be to deal with a mix of householder and minor applications.
Due to the current situation the role will be remote but you will be required to conduct site visits when required.
Ideally, you'll have experience dealing with planning applications within a Local Authority setting and experience of the Welsh planning system is highly desirable.
The rate is competitive, somewhere in the region of £25-£30/hr. The authority are also willing to consider both full and part time options.
