Planning Enforcement Officer

I am currently working exclusively with a local authority based in the Midlands to find a Planning Enforcement Officer to join their team on an initial 6 month basis. 

The role involve managing a caseload of Planning Enforcement cases, including identifying and investigating breaches in planning applications, and writing reports.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in dealing with a caseload of Planning Enforcement cases.
• Experience of dealing with members of the public
• Experience of working within a local authority planning office
• A driving licence and access to a car

For the role, the authority is willing to offer rates of £30 + per hour . The client is also willing to negotiate a pattern of homeworking, or compressed hours for the right candidate.
