Job title: Development Control Planner
Salary: £30,000-£42,000
Are you on the lookout to join one of the UK's leading house builders operating from over 30 offices and builds around 15,000 new homes each year! They have a long history of developing careers and promoting Planners to senior positions within the business.
My client is looking to fill the position of Development Control Planner where you will be preparing major planning applications, reviewing planning permissions/s106 agreements and discharging applications.
We are looking for the successful candidate to have the following:-
- Relevant degree
- MRTPI Chartered Status
- Development control experience
