Job Details
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior Planning professional to take charge of our client's Bristol planning services at Director Level.
With offices across the U.K, this well-respected Consultancy has unparalleled insight into the dynamics of planning and regeneration projects across the UK. Working with an extensive and loyal client base you will lead from the front on a broad range of exciting and challenging planning projects. These projects can fall in any of the following fields - Health, Energy & Infrastructure, Education, Town Centre, Retail, Mixed Use, Residential, Office or Strategic Land.
You will have the support of the wider planning and support team and work closely with the MD to develop the company's presence in a new region! As a business leader, you will apply your knowledge and know-how in order to deliver development and growth. You will forge strong, lasting relationships with clients and effectively respond to the changing markets to provide an innovative and robust consultancy service to the company's existing and expanding client base.
The Director will hold recognised project and staff management experience, along with relevant industry experience at a senior level. You will be experienced in promoting development through the English planning system and possess a proven track record in profile raising and work winning in the private sector. Self-motivation, a passion for planning and an appetite to develop others are pre-requisites.
In return, you will be offered an excellent remuneration and flexible benefits package. Subject to achieving KPI's, there are opportunities to progress within the business to more senior levels of responsibility, with the associated rewards for doing so!
