Penguin Recruitment are supporting a growing multidisciplinary practice in the Cardiff region who are looking to fill the vacancy of Town Planning Director. We are considering candidates all across the South West region as the successful candidate will only be required to be in the office 1-2 days per week.

My client specialises in Town Planning, Landscape Architecture and Urban Design. With a team of 14 and plans to grow that within the next 12 months you will be joining a close knit team.

We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to have a mix of private and public sector experience predominantly being private. We are also looking for someone who is confident about creating new business and already has a good network of client and contacts in the industry.
