Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supporting a highly regarded global property consultancy on the hire of Town Planner with 2-3 years experience to join the newly appointed Planning Director tasked with building a new London planning team.
This new planning offering forms part of the wider development team which has approx. 20 staff. The company has offices worldwide so you will join a much larger organisation with all the associate support. From a planning perspective, you will join the Director and be responsible for delivering excellent results on behalf of your clients as well as helping to develop the new division. Projects will mostly be central London based, will vary in size and complexity, and typically fall in the residential and commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will be MRTPI qualified (or close to submitting), hold 2-3 years of professional experience. You should be self-motivated & ambitious with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The client is looking to meet people who can demonstrate good report writing skills, strong attention to detail and a can do attitude. BD experience and client contacts are advantageous.
