Due to an increased workload and some vacant gaps in the Development Management Team, my client based in the Midlands is looking for an experienced planning officer to join them on an interim basis.

The main focus of this role will be to work on householder applications along with some minors.

The successful candidate will work from home for 2/3 days per week, and then for the other days, you will be required to work in the office and conduct site visits (according to council guidelines on Covid-19).

They are looking to interview and appoint quickly.

You will ideally have a full driver's licence and access to a car for site visits.

Carrington West are willing to offer £30-34 per hour for this position.

To be successful in this position you MUST BE:

• A Qualified Town Planner with significant experience within a Local Authority Planning Department
