Job Details
A growing planning and property consultancy is looking for a Senior Planner ready to step up to Associate level to join their team in the North West.
Role
This role would see you take on a number of different roles. The company work with a number of high profile investors which would see you work on developments across the retail, commercial and luxury residential sectors. The work is nationwide but predominantly in the North West, London and the South East. There is no work winning expectation in this role, instead you’ll manage the planning process from start to completion, while mentoring junior planners who will be providing you support. As your role grows, you will take on more managerial responsibilities and develop your client contacts in networking opportunities.

Experience Required
- As a Senior Planner you’ll have 3-5 years post qualification (MRTPI), though more experienced individuals will also be considered (5-8 years).
- The role is office based but some flexibility can be provided (reduced hours, flexible hours).
- Strong DC background, with some understanding of policy.
- Private sector experience preferred, but public sector backgrounds will be considered. The successful candidate will have a commercially minded attitude.
