Job Details
Are you… a recently chartered Surveyor with ambition and think creatively and solve problems?
Do you want to carve your own career path, and aren't afraid of breaking the mould in terms of what's expected of you or your profession?
You'll have experience of some of the following, with an eagerness to learn about those you haven't:
-Valuing prospective developments
-Site searching
-Affordable housing viability assessments
-Negotiating infrastructure for S106 legal agreements
-Land and property valuations
-Estate development and management strategy
-Research and analytical skills.
Ideally you will have experience in using Argus (beneficial), BCIS data and CoStar? You should be recently chartered and hold 3-5 years experience.
You will be doing - AHVA, CIL appeals to the VOA, feasibility studies, land valuation, site search and selection, sequential tests, and our client will give you exposure to more detailed town planning work too.
The company already do all the above, but you'll be taking ownership of some of these tasks - working out of the Thames Valley or Oxfordshire office - you'll be working with town planners, and will be the first RICS surveyor in the company.
