Job Details
A planning-led consultancy is looking to further expand their large DCO team, working on a number of major developments nationwide.
Role
Based from home, you’ll be working alongside other Consents and Senior Consents Officers in small teams on major developments. Your role will be dependent on the project you’re placed with, but will primarily entail producing and monitoring the submission of consent applications (DCO), ensuring the visibility of planning and environmental consents in projects and managing all appropriate stakeholders. You will have to work with programme planners and project managers, coorindnate with contractors and provide general consents advice to the wider project teams you’ll be part of.

This consultancy are one of the leading DCO planning units in the UK, working with a variety of international clients across infrastructure (highways, rail, swage etc.) and energy (wind, nuclear, electricity etc.) sectors. Role Requirements
- Some hands-on DCO expertise, the amount of which will determine the level you’ll be considered at.
- Ideally a background and degree in town planning, though backgrounds in transport or environmental planning will also be considered.
- Self-starter personality, adaptable and dynamic. The team is a fun group who get on well with one another, they seek someone to bring their personality to the team.
