Job Details
Penguin Recruitment is interested in speaking with Senior Planners regarding an opportunity with an independent and respected multi-disciplinary consultancy.

In this role, you work on a variety of projects that can fall into multiple sectors. Recently, projects have fallen in the Residential, Renewables and Leisure sectors.
You will guide clients through the complexities of the development management and planning policy processes, from pre-application and land promotion stages, to post-determination success, and through appeals, Judicial Reviews and High Court action. The company produce planning and development appraisals and also offer advice on CPOs, EIAs, Sustainability, Economic and Heritage Assessments.
In order to considered for interview you will hold a relevant qualification (town planning or similar), be chartered with the RTPI (or close to submitting) and hold 3-5 years of planning experience. Private sector experience and experience in the above three sectors would be advantageous. You should be a self-motivated, confident Planner with strong communication skills with ambitions to develop within the practice. You will hold a valid driving license and have access to a vehicle.
Training & Development
The role will include ongoing coaching from the leaders of the business who will work with you to help you realise your professional goals.
