Vivid are working closely with a local authority client based in the East Midlands in their search for a development management officer. The role is to be offered initially at 3 months (potentially up to the end of March dependant on sign off) with a view to being extended. The role has been deemed inside of IR35, and the role will be very heavily based from home. This is a client Vivid have worked closely with for a number of years, and we have always had great feedback from contractors placed at the authority regarding the working culture.
The client are looking for someone to come in and pick up a caseload of householder and minor apps, due to a backlog of cases. Required is up to 12 months experience dealing with householder and/or minor apps for a local authority .
