Job Details
A Local Authority in Surrey are looking for an Enforcement Officer to assist them for an initial contract of 3-6 months, with the potential for extension. The role would be 100% home based for the foreseeable future, apart from site visits. Pay rates are dependant on experience and the IR35 status is undetermined.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking on a range of cases.
- Conducting site visits.
- Liaising with members of the public.
- Drafting Notices, and preparing written evidence.
- Leading on appeals
- Supervising more Junior members of staff
It would be beneficial if you had previous Local Authority experience in a similar role.
