Town Planner - Hastings
HA 9142
Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Due to continued growth, this planning and property consultancy are looking to appoint a Town Planner to work out of their team based near Hastings. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of small to medium size residential, mixed use and commercial projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
In this instance applications are sought from candidates with previous planning experience working within a consultancy/house builder / local authority environment. It is anticipated that the successful Town Planner will have a relevant MSc and membership to the RTPI.
Responsibilities:
Within the role the successful Town Planner will undertake site development appraisals, deliver expert strategic planning advice to clients and prepare planning applications and appeals.
