Senior/Principal Planner

A growing and established Planning team is looking to add a Principal Planner to their ranks to cope with the ongoing and increasing workload they are instructed on across the nation.

As a Senior Planner or Principal Planner, you will be working on a range of projects in the renewables, minerals & waste, commercial and leisure sectors for a number of well known and recognised clients. You will have an outstanding knowledge of the Planning system and have worked on urban, greenfield and brownfield sites across the nation. An ideal candidate will also have an active interest in EIA and environmental aspects of the planning system as several projects require an element of knowledge.

You will be working in a well established team with a number of colleagues from design, development and architecture backgrounds as you look to provide expert advice to clients. Experience in managing junior colleagues will also add strength to your application.
