Planner/Assistant Planner

My Sussex based client is looking to bring in a Planner or Assistant Planner for an initial three month contract to handle a backlog of smaller cases, mainly householders.

Whilst they are happy taking someone fairly junior, the candidate will need to have some background in a local planning authority development management team. They are also happy to consider more experienced candidates who are happy with a more junior level caseload.

The role will be home based, with travel to the area required only for grouped together site visits where safe and feasible. You will need your own car for this, mileage for site visits will be paid.

The contract will be for an initial three months, but may extend. Rates will range between £15 and £25/h depending on experience and interest in the position.
