Job Details
Job title: Town Planning Director
Location: Southampton
Salary: Flexible
An excellent opportunity has opened for a Town Planning Director to join an established multidisciplinary specialising in planning, architecture, urban design and ecology. My client is looking for a chartered town planner to come and lead the junior members of the team whilst driving the practice forward and carrying out new business development.
You must have the following requirements to be considered:-
- Town Planning qualification (BSc or MSc)
- Be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute
- Experience working with the private or public sector
- Ideally the right candidate will bring along a client base
Your role will consist of the following:-
- Working on a wide range of master planning, housing, residential, commercial projects
- Site visits
- Business development
