Senior Planner | Bristol | Consultancy

Penguin Recruitment is interested in speaking with Town Planners or Planning & Development Surveyors regarding a Senior Planner opportunity in the South West.

Join a well-established business with a strong leadership team and work on a range of projects that can fall into multiple sectors, such as Residential, Commercial, Healthcare & Education.

In this role you will help your clients, namely developers and land & property owners to maximise value and ensure that their proposals receive planning permission. The company has offices strategically placed throughout the UK with a large planning team for support and advice.



In order to apply you will hold/demonstrate;

-Planning degree (or related)

-MRTPI/MRICS (or close to submitting)

-Strong planning experience (circa 5 years) and ideally including private sector experience

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-Driving license
