Interim Development Management Manager

Vivid Resourcing are working closely with a local authority based in the South East of England in their search for an interim Development Management Manager. This is a longstanding client of Vivid's, with an excellent reputation and one with great candidate feedback. 

The client are looking for someone with experience managing a development management team, to step in for approximately 3-6 months depending on the permanent recruitment to the position. The client are willing to be flexible regarding the hourly or daily rate, and are willing to flexible depending on experience. The position will be fully remote initially, with a view to having some office presence in the latter part of the contract depending on government guidance.

The main duties for the role would include the day to day management of the development management department, inclusive of the planning enforcement team. This would include but not be limited to; signing off planning application reports, performance & quality management and reporting to members.
