Planning Director | South Coast | Consultancy

I am working with a Planning & Design Consultancy on the South Coast on such a hire. In this role, you will help drive the business forward in the residential, industrial, commercial, education and other sectors. If of course, your expertise comes in another sector, please still enquire as the client could well be interested in opening up new revenue streams.

As a business leader, you will apply your knowledge and know-how in order to deliver development and growth. You will forge strong, lasting relationships with clients and effectively respond to the changing markets to provide an innovative and robust consultancy service to the company's existing and expanding client base.

The Director will hold recognised project management experience, along with relevant industry experience at a senior level. You will be experienced in promoting development through the planning system and possess a proven track record in profile raising and work winning in the private sector. Self-motivation, a passion for planning and an appetite to develop others are pre-requisites.
