Assistant Town Planner - Conwy

Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be supporting the growth of an independent Town Planning Consultancy based in North Wales with the appointment of an Assistant Town Planner into their existing planning team.

You will join an existing team based in Conwy so it is desirable but not essential that you have the ability to communicate the medium of Welsh. The role will offer you an opportunity to work on an array of Town Planning projects which will include Residential, Mixed-use, Commercial and Rural developments.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in Town Planning accredited with the RTPI
• Previous private or public sector planning experience is advantageous
• Strong client facing communication skills
• Excellent report writing capabilities
• Ability to work to strict guidelines
