Associate Planner - Chester - Planning Consultancy

Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be supporting the development of an independent Town Planning Consultancy in their Chester office with the appointment of an Associate Town Planner. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planner to assist deliver projects across the North West.

As an Associate Town Planner you will be required to have substantial market experience within the private sector and you will be in a position to identify new clients with your market presence and key contacts in the market. It is required that you have the technical ability to drive the existing business forward through to delivery and source and identify new business opportunities across the North West of England and North Wales.

It is essential that you are MRTPI qualified and have a substantial background in Town Planning having worked on a range of projects including mixed use developments and residential projects. You will join the existing planning team in Chester and work in conjunction with a wider planning division in North Wales to deliver existing workload and use your experience and business development capabilities to source new business opportunities.
