Job Details
Vivid are working with a local authority based in Somerset to find to three Senior/Principal Planning Officers to join their busy Development Management team. The authority are looking for people to join their team for an initial 3-6 month contract, although this is likely to extend.
The role will mainly aim to help the authority by working on a caseload of mixed and complex apps, and provides a great opportunity to get stuck into a really interesting set of work.
The ideal candidate swill have:
- Experience of working as a Planning Officer/Senior/Principal within a local authority
- Experience of dealing with a mixed caseload
- A driving licence and access to a car for site visits.
For the role the authority can offer rates of £35-40p/h
They authority are operating remotely apart from site visits.
