My client based in the East Midlands is looking for a Principal Planning Officer to hit the ground running in their development management team. The position will be an initial 6 month contract, with the possibility of extension dependant on performance.
The rate will range between £35-£40p/h.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with Local Authorities and competent processing major applications.
