Principal Town Planner - Norfolk
HA 9078
Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience
Our client, a growing real estate, planning and architecture consultancy is urgently looking for a Principal Town Planner to join their growing team in Norfolk. The company are have a network of offices across the east midlands and have built up a strong client base that enables them to work on large scale residential, mixed use and commercial projects.
Within the role the successful Principal Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects including managing applications and appeals, liaising with clients, giving expert witness advice, managing budgets and schedules and undertaking business development.
For this position candidates are sought with a minimum of 5 year's planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment however candidates with public sector experience are also encouraged to apply. It is likely that the successful Principal Town Planner will be a Chartered member of the RTPI and be confident in client facing.
