Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be supported a small and growing Planning Consultancy in Milton Keynes on the hire of a Senior Town Planner.
Our client supports developers, landowners, and domestic clients across Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire (Home Counties) and the UK. In this role, you will support the team by providing your clients with the following services:
- Planning Applications
- Planning Appraisals and Advice
- Discharge of conditions
- Initial Advice and Pre-Application Submissions
- Strategic Development Planning and Plans
- Permitted Development
- Community Infrastructure Levy/Section 106 Agreements and other Obligations
- Appeals
You will work with an experienced and proven Chartered Town Planner and Director in the region to deliver results for a variety of clients, and have a laugh along the way!
In order to apply
You should hold the appropriate qualifications and experience for a Senior Town Planner. You should be comfortable joining a small practice and BD experience would be beneficial, although not essential. Naturally, you should be a strong communicator with an understanding of planning legislation in the region.
