Job Details
Penguin Recruitment are delighted to be supporting the expansion of an independent firm of Town Planning & Property consultants in Taunton with the appointment of a Senior Town Planner into their existing planning team.
You will join the existing Town Planning team and work on a range of mixed use property projects across the South West. It is expected that you have gained MRTPI status and hold a degree in Town Planning with over 3 years Private or Public sector Town Planning experience.
Responsibilities will see you submit planning applications and appeals, liaise with Local Authorities and assist in the delivery of a wide range of residential, commercial and agricultural projects across the South West.
The role will offer you a competitive starting salary in connection with your relevant and up to date Town Planning experience. In addition you will be exposed to excellent career progression opportunities.
