Associate Town Planner - Bristol
HA 9074
Salary: depending on skills and experience
An excellent opportunity has become available for an Associate Town Planner to join a growing independent team of planners and urban designers. The successful Associate Town Planner will be assisting the Planning Partner with the delivery of expert planning services to their clients, mentoring junior staff and further growing the team and workload.
Qualifications and experience:
- Chartered Member of the RTPI
- Demonstrable experience within the planning industry, ideally within a consultancy or developer environment
- Proven track record in project management and business development
- Previous team management experience
Duties:
- Taking up the role of project lead on a variety of projects within the residential, commercial, industrial and retail sectors
- Managing and mentoring junior members of the team
- Actively contributing to the further growth of the team and workload
- Building up a strong client portfolio
