Vivid are working with a Local Authority based in the North West of England to find a Planning Enforcement Officer to join their team on a 3 month initial contract.

The authority need an eager candidate to assist with their growing Enforcement caseload. There'll be a need to complete site visits and write the following reports. 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • Experience in a similar Enforcement role
  • Confidence to deal with members of the public
  • Sound knowledge of enforcement legislation
  • A driving licence and access to a car

The authority are looking to pay somewhere in the region of £25-£35/hr depending on experience. 

There'll be a need to complete site visits 2 days per week, but the rest of the role can be done from home!
