An excellent opportunity has opened for an Assistant Town Planner to join an established small independent practice based in the Bedford area on a permanent basis.

My client mainly operates in the London and South East region where they work on a wide range of small scale projects, appeals and minor planning applications. The main sectors that they specialise in is residential and commercial and householder developments.

With 3 senior level people in the team we are looking for the successful Assistant Town Planner to be able to hit the ground running whilst being supported by your senior colleagues.

We are looking for an Assistant Town Planner to have the following qualifications and experience:-

• MSc in Town Planning
• Work experience (Ideally but not essential 6 months+) in a private practice or LPA
• Own car and full UK driving license
• Career driven and take the initiative to work as part of a small team
• Good communication skills
