Job Details
Penguin Recruitment are pleased to be supporting the expansion of a small independent Town Planning Consultancy in Sheffield with the appointment of a Senior Town Planner into their existing team.
The role will offer you an excellent platform for career progression and exposure to working on a variety of regeneration and residential projects. You will have demonstrable and up to date working knowledge of planning appeals and applications, experience of mixed use schemes including rural and green belt developments, change of use and site promotion experience.
Requirements:
- Educated to degree standard in Town Planning
- Hold MRTPI status
- Up to date knowledge of the Town Planning system
- Willingness and desire to work within a small team
- Strong work ethic
The successful candidate will be expected to work on your own initiative and work collaboratively within a small planning team. You will receive a competitive starting salary and company benefits to match your relevant planning background.
