Planning Manager / Director

We are looking for candidates who are RTPI qualified, ideally with 7-10 years’ experience from a housebuilder, land promoter or consultancy environment dealing with residential applications.

You will join a medium sized team – which is very friendly and highly professional.  You will have plenty of opportunity to deal directly with your clients and therefore excellent communication skills are welcomed.  You will assist in the identification and promotion of strategic land opportunities, principally within the Midlands and South of England.  You will take the opportunity to attend meetings with Parish Council; Local Authorities; landowners and key stakeholders – therefore the role is wide and varied.

We are seeking confident characters that are organised, strong project managers and are excellent communicators. This is an exciting role that offers the opportunity to work with projects from start to completion which is hugely professionally rewarding.
