Job Details
My Local Authority client in South Yorkshire are looking for four planning consultants, two at Officer level, one at Senior & one at Principal level on initial 6 months contracts, starting ASAP. My client can offer 100% home working for the forseeable future apart from site visits. Pay is dependant on experience and these roles are likely to be inside IR35
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of applications.
- Provision of paid pre-application advice to developers, architects and external consultants.
- Co-ordinate and independently carry out site visits and prepare detailed reports.
- Negotiate finalise and discharge conditions.
It would be beneficial if you had previous Local Authority experience.
