We are looking for an experienced enforcer who is willing and able to take appropriate action against breaches of planning control. Our councillors are enthusiastic about planning enforcement, and we have had a number of successes with prosecutions in recent years. We want someone to lead the Planning Enforcement team in monitoring approved schemes and investigating unlawful developments, and taking action.

This post is a key role in the Development Management Team. It is a real opportunity if you are looking for a step up, and is an opportunity to develop and inspire fellow professionals.

East Northamptonshire is a very attractive part of the world. The River Nene runs through the district and we have 28 Conservation Areas and around 1,400 Listed Buildings.
