Job Details
I am currently working with a busy Local Authority based in London. They are looking to take on a Senior Policy Planner on a contracted basis. Initially the contract will last 3 months, however it is likely to roll on past this.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Policy Planner with CIL experience. You will be responsible to lead the effective establishment, improvement and implementation, administration, monitoring and enforcement of the S106 and CIL processes, including the database of heads of terms, charges, allocations, spend. Experience supervising and mentoring junior members of staff is desired.
The council can offer flexible home working for the duration of the contract and part time/compressed working hours.
The rate is currently £35 per hour but there may be room for negotiation for the right candidate.
