A company of experienced professionals in Preston is looking to appoint a Planning Consultant to join the team and assist in providing continued excellent results for their client base.

Work on projects with a range of clients across a breadth of sectors such as Residential, Commercial, Waste, Industrial, and Agriculture. These projects are based in the Green Belt, on the urban fringe, and within built-up commercial areas.

In order to apply for this role, you will hold suitable qualifications (Town Planning or similar), with 3+ years of planning experience that can come from the private or public sector. You should be a strong communicator, ambitious with a determination to deliver on your client's projects, overcoming any obstacles along the way.
