Senior Planning Officer-Home Counties-6 Months
Vivid are working with a council based in the home counties to find a Senior/Principal Planning Officer to come in and work with the development management team on an interim basis. The role will be offered initially at 3 months, with a view to extend dependant on budgets and performance. The rate will land somewhere between £28/42hr.
- The main duties of the role will be to deal with a varied caseload inclusive of of householder/complex and small major apps .
- This role provides a great opportunity to work autonomously and without supervision while managing your own workload.
- Experience within a development management team in the public sector up to at least senior planning officer level
- Experience of dealing with applications • A driving licence and, ideally, access to a car for site visits
