Director of Planning - Mixed Use Developer

A mixed-use developer in central London are looking to appoint a Director of Planning to the team who can lead on negotiations, advise on new site acquisitions and manage complex applications through to successful planning consent.

With sites across London, largely within the M25, this developer has several sites in the pipeline at various stages of the development cycle. They are appointing a Director of Planning as art of a restructure of the management team and this role will report directly to the MD.

On a daily basis you will be working with land buyers, development and construction colleagues, managing external consultants and leading on the planning strategy for any given project. You will also look to work closely with external stakeholders, the GLA and Homes England where necessary to gain support for all proposed developments.
