Senior Town Planner - Preston

Are you an experienced Senior Town Planner seeking new opportunities near Preston?

Can you demonstrate a minimum of 4 years recent private sector planning experience?

We are seeking a Senior Town Planner near Preston to join an independent Planning Consultancy.

You will join the existing Planning team and report to the Head of Planning and assist on a range of residential and mixed use developments across the North West. Responsibilities will see you manager junior planners in their professional development, carry out site appraisals, submit planning applications and offer expert advice where necessary.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in Town Planning or associated subject
• Hold MRTPI status
• Hold over 4 years planning experience
• Have relevant private sector experience on residential and mixed use developments
