Planner / Senior Planner

Our client is one of the leading Planning companies in the UK. They have an established presence and are seeking to recruit an Planner / Senior Planner to work in their Dorset office.

As part of their team you will form an important role working on relevant applications and promotions, supporting senior colleagues on new business opportunities and key projects.

It is a busy, fast paced department that is a market leader in its field.

This position is for a Planner or Senior Planner to work from their offices based in the heart of Dorset. They are now looking to expand this key strategic hub. For the right candidate they will offer a degree of flexability and a real opportunity to progress within this new office base.

They are looking to expand their diverse team and are looking to recruit an established professional, as a Planner you will have:

• Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
• Commercial approach with the ability to apply your planning knowledge effectively within the wider property context
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Energetic and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel
• Confident in client facing situations and in project managing schemes
• MRTPI

You will need to be is a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise work and multitask.
