Penguin Recruitment are supporting a National Development Consultancy with the growth of their Newcastle office and is seeking to appoint a highly ambitious Director of Planning to support and lead the existing Town Planning team.
Requirements:
- Hold an MSc in Town Planning
- You must be a Chartered Planner with a very strong private sector background
- Previous experience of managing Town Planning teams
- Excellent understanding of delivering mixed use developments
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the Town Planning team
- Manage mixed use development projects across the North of the UK
- Liaise with external clients and Local Authorities
- Expand client relationships and generate new business
The role will allow you to further develop your professional career and work on exciting mixed-use development projects across the North of the UK.
