Senior Planning Enforcement Officer

Carrington West are assisting their local authority client based in the North West with their search for a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer to join their Planning Department on an initial 3-month contract, then rolling.

My client is seeking an experienced planning enforcement officer to investigate alleged breaches of planning control, carry out site visits, record findings and make recommendations on cases.

You will need to have a car in order to carry out site visits and need to have had several years’ experience in planning enforcement.

The council are looking for candidates who will be able to hit the ground running and are offering flexible working arrangements including working from home and compressed hours.

Carrington West Pay Rate - £40 per/hour
