Job Details
We are currently working with a Local Authority in the lovely area of Devon, who are looking to take on a Senior Planning Officer to help with applications on a contract basis.
The contract will initially run for 2 months to cover a sickness, but likely to be extended due to the heavy caseload.
You will be expected to cover a range of planning applications for householders to small majors at a high standard. Some experience in a rural area would preferred but not essential.
The rate of pay is negotiable depending on previous experience.
You will need to have a full driver's licence and access to a car. The council can offer flexible home working, part time or compressed hours.
The council are collecting CVs ASAP with a view to undertake telephone interviews.
