Associate Director - Brighton

Our client is one of the leading Planning companies in the UK. They have an established presence in and are seeking to recruit an Associate Director to work in their West Sussex office.

As part of their team you will form an important project manager and lead on relevant applications and promotions, supporting senior colleagues on new business opportunities and key projects.

The team comprises of 15 fee earners providing consultancy across Surrey, Kent and Sussex. It is a busy, fast paced department that is a market leader in its field.

They are looking to expand their diverse team and are looking to recruit an established professional. As an Associate Director you will have:

• Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills
• Commercial approach with the ability to apply your planning knowledge effectively within the wider property context
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Energetic and proactive approach with a willingness to learn and excel
• Confident in client facing situations and in project managing schemes
• MRTPI

With extensive contacts with clients and colleagues within their network, the successful candidate will be a good team player, with strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise work and multitask.
