Senior Planner - Bristol

Are you an ambitious Planner and want to continue to further your career with one of the leading Planning consultancies in the UK? Working out of the Bristol office, you will be working on a mixture of projects across several sectors including student accommodation, residential, commercial, retail and build to rent.

Daily tasks will include preparing and submitting your own applications, preparing evidence-based studies, working closely with clients to offer them professional planning advice and liaising with local authorities. If you're a chartered Planner looking for a new challenge, this could be the ideal role for you.

With around 3 years' experience as a Planner, you will have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal and have the ability to work within a close-knit team, you will enjoy project managing co plex schemes and have the ambition to drive and grow within a leading and rapidly expanding Planning consultancy.
