Planner/ Senior Planner

It's coming up to the festive season, and we've all got Christmas on the brain- mulled wine, mince pies, Christmas cake? Yes please. But what about what comes next? 'Tis the season to start thinking ahead about fresh starts. I am currently working with a small, boutique Planning Consultancy with offices in Surrey and London, looking to take on a Planning Consultant in the New Year. If you're keen on the chance to turn your hand to some of the most creative, bold, quirky, and challenging projects out there- anything from Grade II listed castles to footballer's private homes- this is the opportunity for you.

You will be:

• Working flexibly in a small team on sizeable projects focused predominantly in Central London and the South Coast area.
• Providing specialist planning advice to Clients across the board in hotel, commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments, to name a few.
• Opportunity to take the lead on smaller projects.
• Liaising and reporting to Clients, working closely with them to guide and shape their development aspirations.

Potential candidates should be MRTPI qualified, preferably working at a Planner or Senior Planner level, who want to get stuck into vibrant, intriguing, and exciting projects. You will be given the freedom to work autonomously, flexibly, and outside the constraints of a rigid office structure.
