Penguin Recruitment is pleased to be working with a highly regarded planning and property consultancy who are looking to appoint a soon to be chartered Planner or recently qualified Planner to their Manchester office.
The candidate will be self-motivated and able to carry out all aspects of Town Planning consultancy for many major clients on a nationwide basis. You will form an integral part of the successful department, working alongside 26 professionals and support staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required
- RTPI qualified or working towards qualifying
-1-3 years of experience
-Experience, particularly in the private sector, will be advantageous, as would experience of working with major residential / home builder clients, major retailers, developers, and landowners
-Self-motivated, ambitious and able to work well within a team and independently to deliver professional advice to our clients
-Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and a high standard of report writing capability
-A full driving licence is required
